Cleaning, equipment prep, aesthetic maintenance and store opening and closing procedures.
A four-month, full-time programme in Bucharest leading to an EQF Level 2 occupational qualification in retail commerce. Graduates are placed in shops, supermarkets, boutiques and e-commerce fulfilment within thirty days of certification.

From preparing the sales floor at opening to closing the till at the end of the day — the trade worker handles every aspect of retail commerce, customer service, stock management and supplier relations.
Training combines classroom instruction in retail law and accounting with supervised practice in our Bucharest sales-floor atelier — equipped as a working store with point-of-sale terminals, stockroom and back-office systems.
