Legal entity behind the brand
The European Trade Academy brand, the europeanskills.ro website, and all programmes described on this site are operated by Neophron International SRL, a private limited liability company registered in Romania. The company is an authorised vocational training provider registered with the National Qualifications Authority (ANC), with its registered office at Bulevardul Unirii 27, 030828 Bucharest, Romania.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the europeanskills.ro website and your enrolment in any training programme offered under the European Trade Academy brand. By accessing the site or submitting an application, you accept these Terms. The provider of the website and the training programmes is Neophron International SRL.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
To enrol in any programme you must be at least 18 years old, hold a passport or national ID valid for the duration of training, present a recent medical fitness certificate, and meet the language and prior-education requirements stated on the relevant course page. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission where eligibility cannot be verified.
2. Enrolment and admissions
Enrolment is finalised when (a) you have submitted a complete application dossier, (b) the Admissions Office has issued a written acceptance letter, and (c) the first tuition instalment has been received. Cohorts are limited in size; placement on a given cohort is confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis once acceptance has been issued.
3. Tuition, fees, and payments
Programme tuition, examination fees, and the cost of materials are stated on each course page and in your acceptance letter. All amounts are in Romanian Lei (RON) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment can be made by SEPA transfer or card; tuition may be paid in instalments according to the schedule set out in the acceptance letter. Invoices are issued in the name on the application.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may withdraw from a programme at any time by written notice. If you withdraw more than 14 days before the cohort start date, tuition paid is refunded in full less a 200 RON administrative fee. Withdrawal within 14 days of start results in a 50% refund of tuition paid; withdrawal after the cohort has started entitles you to a pro-rata refund of tuition for modules not yet delivered, less the cost of materials already issued.
5. Student conduct and termination
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, comply with workshop safety procedures, and treat staff and fellow students with respect. We reserve the right to terminate enrolment without refund in cases of repeated unjustified absence, serious safety violation, or harassment, following a written warning and an opportunity to respond.
6. Certification and intellectual property
Upon successful completion of all modules and the final assessment, graduates are issued a Certificate of Qualification on the official ANC template, a Europass Certificate Supplement, and a basic A1 Romanian language certificate. Course materials, lesson plans, and assessment instruments remain the intellectual property of Neophron International SRL and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
Neophron International SRL does not guarantee employment outcomes following graduation; while we operate an employer-liaison office, placement depends on factors beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, our liability for any direct loss is limited to the tuition fees paid by the student in respect of the programme concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. Consumer students retain any rights conferred on them by mandatory provisions of Romanian consumer protection law. For complaints, contact admissions@europeanskills.ro or, for a formal escalation, the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at www.anpc.ro.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or in our programmes. Material changes will be notified to enrolled students by email at least 30 days in advance and will take effect for new applicants from the date of publication on this page.
